When birds attack
A community in Warwick has claimed that it is under attack from birds that have apparently taken a dislike to humans.
In accounts reminiscent of Alfred Hitchcock's classic film, The Birds, residents from the Forbes Estate in Warwick have been telling of their experiences with crows, which seem to have no fear of humans and are attacking people as they walk in the street.
People in the area without comprehensive car insurance are likely to be quickly looking for insurance policies, as it has been reported that the crows are even attacking vehicles, scratching paintwork and going as far as wrenching windscreen wipers off cars.
But those who are looking for car insurance are probably doing so online, as the birds have been swooping on anything that moves outside.
The attacks have become so frequent and so serious that residents have been advised to wear hats when outside to protect their heads.
"It has become quite a problem over the last couple of weeks, the crows are pecking at anything they see," Jillian Boulton, a 70-year-old resident on the affected estate, told the Telegraph.
