Fiat Professional partners with Mondial Assistance

Fiat Professional will be using Mondial Assistance to carry out service and repairs to its motorhomes and light commercial vehicles.

The new partnership between Fiat and Mondial will lead to the creation of Assist Warrington, a premium Fiat branded retail and customer service centre.

A spokesman for Fiat Professional said that Fiat customers demand a high level of service and that Mondial's focus on customer care would make them the "ideal partner and authorized repairer for Fiat".

Nigel Hanley, dealer principal at Mondial’s Assist Warrington, said: "We are eager to work closely with Fiat, not only to bring its customers a service centre and team of experts created specifically to facilitate larger vehicles, but to provide a customer service experience that will set Fiat apart.”

Fiat van drivers will have to take the time to research the best deals on their van insurance.
