Express Insurance may use your information together with other
information for administration, marketing, customer service and for

information to the insurer, our service providers and agents for

Your financial affairs and those of any joint applicant may be
treated as affecting each other.
We may check what you have told us and share information with
fraud prevention agencies. It is important that you give us
accurate information as if you provide false or inaccurate data and
we suspect fraud, we will record this at the fraud prevention
agencies.
We and other organisations may use credit or insurance reference
agency and fraud prevention agency records, about you and people
financially linked to you, as well as others within your household,
to help make decisions about you and them for:
Motor, household, credit, travel, motorcycle, and other insurance
proposals or validating claims (including, but not limited, to the
Claims and Underwriting Exchange register run by Insurance Database
Services Limited), and money laundering.
Upon request, we will tell you which credit reference and fraud
prevention agencies we have used so you can get a copy of your
details from them.
You confirm that you have obtained consent for this agreement
from any additional drivers who are not present, and you will share
with them the details of what you have agreed to on their
behalf.
Will your information be secure?

Express Insurance or your insurer can administer or otherwise carry
out our (or their) obligations in relation to any insurance policy
that you may buy through this web site, we need to collect and

in order to provide you with a quotation or any insurance that you
may want to purchase, that information may include details about
previous unspent convictions (if any). We will ask you for this
