Site of the Week - Hell For Leather Magazine
17 January 2012

Go to the 'About' page at the Hell for Leather
Magazine website and you'll find that the creators want this to
be the place to go to find "exciting, original, creative stories
about motorcycles". It's all about providing something "more than
formulaic bike reviews", and that's pretty much what you will get
here.
Posts on the website are short, but they focus on a whole range
of topics pertinent to every conceivable aspect of biking. The
reviews of new bikes and gear are often accompanied by extensive
galleries, and you can even check all of these galleries out in one
place if you're just interested in the pictures.

The posts are updated regularly and focus on bikes, gear,
videos, interviews, events, brands, opinion and more.
The site makes it easy to access the content and you can also
subscribe to the RSS feed or follow it on Facebook and Twitter if
you prefer. It's also easy to find the content you are looking for
by clicking on the category which interests you.
Alternatively, head to the 'Most Popular'
section where you'll find posts divided into 'Recently Commented',
'Most Commented', 'Most Searched' and 'Most Read' to provide you
with a number of ways to find the stories that most interest
you.
The film
section looks like a good idea but right now there are not a
lot of films there to check out. Hopefully this will be an area
that will be expanded at a later date.
But if you want to get the most out of Hell For Leather then you
are going to have to subscribe (which costs money). Luckily, it's
currently only $1.99 a month, which is a bargain for what you get.
You only get a short version of the post on the free website, but
by subscribing you get full access along with more photos and other
content.
Basically, if you want to find out about the latest bikes with
clear, engaging writing and descriptions from people who really
know what they are talking about, then you could do a lot worse
than sign up as a subscriber.
