Suzuki GSX-R Trophy calls out to Gixxer owners
1 April 2009

If you own a Suzuki GSX-R600 and have always wanted to race, now
is your chance! The R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R600 Trophy is now
opening up to GSX-R owners and even more riders.
Owners of stock GSX-R K6, K7, K8 or K9 are being welcomed to
join the championship and compete for the GSX-R Trophy. The
championship still has 10 rounds left, including one round
supporting the UK round of the World Superbike Championship at
Donington Park June 27th-28th.
New entrants just need to take their bikes to their local Suzuki
dealer, get their registration form signed (at no cost to either
party), and prepare their bike as per championship conditions.
(Please note: Any K7, K8 or K9 road bike will void any existing
warranty if it is raced)
If you've never raced and need a license, you'll be pleased to
hear that this will be provided free of charge! Along with a free
CTC course and free membership of the Darley Moor Road Racing
Club!
Once all of that has been done all you'll need to do is pay your
entry fees. Entry to each round is £175 per round and you'll need
to purchase tyres costing just £175 per set. And that's it, you are
ready to race!
You will also need to pay a FULLY REFUNDABLE Bond of £900. You
will get this back in full after you complete the final round of
the championship. Subject to championship conditions. See
championship conditions for full details.
The next round of the R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R Trophy is on
the 24th May at Snetterton, so there's still plenty of time to get
everyhing organised ready to compete in the next round.
