Yorkshire police seize stolen bike

One lucky motorbike insurance customer could soon have their stolen vehicle returned after Yorkshire police tracked down the missing vehicle on eBay.
Officers recovered three stolen vehicles from a property in Sheffield - including the motorbike, which was allegedly taken during a burglary in Edinburgh.
Speaking to the Sheffield Star, Superintendent Martin Hemingway said: "The traffic in stolen property is a big priority for the police.
"We are upping our efforts to clamp down on this corrosive trade which is damaging hard-pressed communities."
Three people have been arrested in connection with the theft of the motorbike for handling stolen goods.
As a result of the wider Operation Maximise, which covered Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham, 24 arrests were made.
Earlier this month, motorcycle insurance customer Sam Jackson was delighted to see his stolen Yamaha R6 returned by police, reports the Haringey Independent.
The bike was found by police alongside eight other stolen vehicles in a container in Edmonton.
