Biking 'can have benefits for commuters'
19 July 2012

London-based commuters concerned that the upcoming Olympic Games will make it difficult for them to get into work may wish to consider picking up motorcycle insurance and purchasing a bike, Suzuki has suggested.
Interest in two-wheelers has increased in recent months as drivers attempt to find an easier way to make it into work, the company claimed.
It cited bikes such as the VanVan 125, the Gladius 650 and the luxury Burgman 650 as examples of the products that can be useful for those who wish to use a motorcycle on their daily commute.
Rock star and commuter Keith Flint, who uses his Suzuki for London areas, backed up the company's claims.
"Come rain or shine I choose it every time, simply because I can always guarantee I'll be on time and arrive where I need to be," he explained.
Those who do purchase a bike may be interested in the British Motorcycle Federation's recent advice, which urged owners to check over their motorcycle regularly to ensure it is in good working order.
